This project primarily manages the lifting operations for Phase ll of the 1.2 milion t/a Polypropylene ThermoplasticElastomer (PTPE) and Modified New Materials Complex at Ningbo Kingfa, specifically the 600,000 t/a Propane DehydrogenationJnit. llustrated is the desulfurization tower hoisting operation: the 120-meter-tall tower comprises six sections.each exceeding 20 meters and weighing 450-500 metric tons. Given its substantial diameter, massive volume, andextreme weight, the team deployed a 2,000-ton crawler crane as the primary lifter configured with dual-jib upperattachment and main boom base setup, supplemented by a 500-ton crawler crane for tailing operations.
