The Morocco Bir Anzaran Project is located near the Western Sahara Desert. The region has a mild tropical desert climate, with an average annual temperature above 18.0℃ and average annual precipitation of 33 millimeters. January is the coldest month with an average temperature of around 17.4℃, while September is the hottest with an average temperature of about 23.0℃. The climate is moderated by the Canary Current.
The project has a planned total installed capacity of 359.6MW, with 58 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6.2MW (turbine type: GW182-6.2MW, hub height 110m). Hesheng's overseas subsidiary San Shi plans to adopt two simultaneous construction fronts, each deploying a SANY SCC8000A crawler crane as the main crane, supported by a 500t truck crane, a 110t crawler crane, a 100t crawler crane, and other construction vehicles to ensure efficient turbine installation.
