Safety Manager

  • Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in project contract reviews, ensuring safety and civilized construction requirements are properly addressed.

  2. Provide safety management briefings to project departments; collect, analyze, and summarize safety-related information; prepare the safety section of the company's monthly project construction management report.

  3. Carry out performance evaluations of project safety work and inspect the implementation of project safety regulations.

  4. Organize regular and special safety inspections of company projects; assist with maintaining company archives related to safety production.

  5. Supervise project departments in establishing HSE management systems; organize safety education and training, safety meetings, safety briefings, safety inspections, and safety evaluations; regularly check and assess system operation.

  6. Supervise project departments in formulating safety management regulations and ledgers; assist in accumulating safety production records.

  7. Follow the rules with the "Four Donts Let Go" principle, organize investigations and handle safety incidents.

  8. Take direct responsibility for on-site safety management, correcting any unsafe commands, unsafe operations, and unsafe conditions.


  • Requirements:

  1. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.

  2. Wind power project experience preferred.
