Work Experience: 2–10 years of experience in the HSE field. Experience with overseas projects or wind power projects is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, able to communicate effectively with international teams and external organizations.
Communication & Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of liaising effectively with project owners, local governments, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of HSE work.
Teamwork & Leadership: Strong team spirit and leadership abilities, able to lead a team to achieve HSE objectives while maintaining efficiency under high-pressure environments.
External Communication & Coordination: Act as the main external contact for HSE work on the project, maintain close communication with the client, provide timely updates on HSE progress, and ensure compliance with client HSE requirements.
HSE System Development & Improvement: Establish an HSE management system that meets international standards and local regulations; continuously optimize and upgrade the system based on project progress and industry best practices to ensure its effectiveness and adaptability.
Training & Education: Organize various HSE training programs to enhance team members’ safety awareness and operational skills, including new employee induction training, routine safety training, and specialized technical training, ensuring 100% training coverage.
Emergency & Incident Management: Develop and refine emergency response plans, regularly organize drills to improve the team’s ability to handle emergencies. In case of incidents, respond quickly, lead accident investigations, and propose corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Inspection & Auditing: Develop detailed HSE inspection plans, conduct comprehensive site inspections, promptly identify and rectify potential hazards, and organize internal audits and management reviews to ensure effective operation of the HSE management system.
High-risk Work Management: Formulate and enforce safety management systems for high-risk operations such as hoisting, work at height, and confined space operations. Conduct thorough risk assessments and prepare detailed safety work plans before operations; assign on-site supervisors during operations to ensure all safety measures are implemented and workplace safety is maintained.
