Participate in project contract reviews, ensuring compliance with safety and civilized construction requirements.
Provide safety management briefings to project departments; collect, analyze, and summarize various safety data; and prepare the safety section of the company’s monthly project management report.
Implement performance evaluations for project safety work; inspect the execution of project safety regulations.
Organize and carry out regular and special safety inspections for company projects; assist with maintaining archives related to the company’s safety production.
Supervise project departments in establishing HSE management systems; organize safety training, safety meetings, safety briefings, safety inspections, and safety evaluations; and regularly review and assess the operation of these systems.
Supervise project departments in developing safety management rules, safety ledgers, and assist in the accumulation of company safety production records.
Follow the rules with the “Four Donts Let Go” principle, organize investigations and handle safety incidents.
Take direct responsibility for on-site safety management, correcting all unsafe commands, unsafe operations, and unsafe conditions on site.
English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
Experience in wind power roles preferred; outstanding fresh graduates from relevant majors may also apply.
