
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as monthly progress payment documents, based on actual on-site progress.
Manage daily and key project statistics, such as work progress at each turbine site and special milestones.
Record temporary workers' arrival and departure dates; track entry/exit times of rented and company vehicles; document daily project expenses; and assist in project cost accounting.
Before project commencement, submit start-up documentation for inspection; maintain frequent communication with the client and third parties to clarify documentation formats and procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Compile, collect, organize, and archive engineering project documentation; manage internal records for client and quality supervision inspections.
At project completion, hand over all relevant project documentation on time and in full, while retaining a transfer directory.
Submit project closeout documentation; ensure proper archiving of all records generated during project execution.
Record, organize, and distribute minutes for various construction meetings.
Compile and collect all documents related to heavy lifting operations, such as work permits, briefings, and vehicle inspection forms.
Requirements:
English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
Wind power project experience preferred; outstanding fresh graduates from relevant majors may also apply.
Proficiency in CAD drawings and Photoshop; strong document management and reporting skills.
