
Responsibilities:
Take charge of technical work related to bidding, including the division, guidance, and review of construction technical documents for prequalification and tendering.
Provide technical briefings and guidance for turbine hoisting, installation, commissioning, and trial operation; organize project technical staff to review design drawings; conduct written technical briefings; and oversee the management and confidentiality of technical documents.
Resolve on-site hoisting and installation issues; determine construction plans and quality control measures (both preventive and process control); and prepare overall and phased construction organization designs.
Collect and compile on-site information related to mechanical hoisting and installation; review and approve plans for the use of construction machinery, materials, and labor supply, and supervise their implementation.
Conduct quality inspections of on-site hoisting and installation processes.
Summarize on-site turbine issues arising during hoisting, installation, and commissioning, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Analyze and report on the replacement and damage of spare parts for machinery and commissioning equipment.
Ensure completion of defect rectification work.
Ensure successful trial operation.
Requirements:
English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
Wind power project experience preferred.
