Participate in project contract reviews, ensuring quality management requirements are properly addressed.

Supervise project departments in establishing quality assurance systems and regularly inspect and assess system operation.

Supervise project departments in formulating quality management regulations and ledgers; provide quality management briefings to project teams.

Collect, analyze, and summarize various quality-related data, and prepare the quality section of the company's monthly project construction report.

Conduct performance evaluations of project departments' weekly, monthly, annual, and special quality work; organize regular and special quality inspections of company projects.

Supervise project departments in collecting and maintaining records of contractor quality breaches, participate in quality claims, and take part in project commissioning, preliminary acceptance, special acceptance, and final acceptance.

Organize quality incident investigations and handle them in accordance with the "Four Donts Let Go" principle.

Participate in qualified supplier evaluations.

English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.

Experience in wind power projects preferred; outstanding fresh graduates from relevant majors are also welcome.
