Quality Manager

  • Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in project contract reviews, ensuring quality management requirements are addressed.

  2. Supervise project departments in establishing quality assurance systems, and regularly inspect and assess their operation.

  3. Supervise project departments in formulating quality management regulations and ledgers; provide quality management briefings to project teams.

  4. Collect, analyze, and summarize quality-related information, and prepare the quality section of the company's monthly project construction report.  Conduct performance evaluations of project departments' weekly, monthly, annual, and special quality work; organize regular and special quality inspections for company projects.

  5. Supervise project departments in collecting and maintaining contractor quality breach records and documentation; participate in quality claims, as well as project commissioning, preliminary acceptance, special acceptance, and final acceptance.

  6. Organize quality incident investigations and handle them in accordance with the "Four Donts Let Go" principle.

  7. Participate in qualified supplier evaluations.


  • Requirements:

  1. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.

  2. Experience in wind power projects preferred.
